Bryan Service Engineer from France Country Region
法國(guó)國(guó)區(qū)服務(wù)工程師Bryan凌晨6點(diǎn)驅(qū)車(chē)400公里維修SY215林業(yè)機(jī),直至23點(diǎn)才完成設(shè)備修復(fù),敬業(yè)精神和專(zhuān)業(yè)能力受到了客戶(hù)的高度評(píng)價(jià)和贊賞。
Bryan, Service Engineer from France Country Region, drove 400 kilometers in the early morning at 6 a.m. to repair the SY215 forestry machine and worked until 11 p.m. to complete the equipment repair. His dedication and professional skills were highly praised and appreciated by the customer.

Bo Sai Mining Area, Guyana, Panama Country Region Service Team
為保證客戶(hù)采購(gòu)的47臺(tái)SRT95C剛卡的服務(wù),賽博礦區(qū)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)日夜奮戰(zhàn),保證了設(shè)備每天高效運(yùn)行18小時(shí)以上,設(shè)備出勤率達(dá)到93%,受到了客戶(hù)的高度評(píng)價(jià)。
In order to ensure the service of 47 SRT95C equipment purchased by customers, the service team of Sai Bo mining area worked hard day and night to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment for more than 18 hours a day, and the equipment attendance rate reached 93%, which was highly praised by customers.

Singapore country region service engineer Bai Yu has been dealing with the 160 ton lifting equipment problems for 20 hours, showing good on-site maintenance service ability and communication ability, which has been praised by customers.
