值此新年來臨之際，我謹(jǐn)代表陜西同力重工股份有限公司全體員工，向關(guān)心、支持同力重工的各位用戶、各位股東、行業(yè)協(xié)會、合作伙伴、社會各界人士，送去最真摯的祝福與謝意！對堅(jiān)守崗位、辛勤工作的國內(nèi)外全體員工及家人，表示衷心的感謝！ At the turn of the New Year, I hereby represent all staffs of Shaanxi Tonly Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to expressing the most sincere good wishes and appreciation to customers, stockholders, industry associations, partners and everyone else for your care and support for Tonly! And I would also like to express heartfelt gratitude to all staff members and their families both at home and abroad for upholding your duties and working with dedication and diligence!

Tonly adjusted by riding the wave and adopting an active approach,energetically exploring any and all possibilities of moving forward in a series of industry adjustments and reforms filled with uncertainties.

2024年，是同力重工穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)、持續(xù)發(fā)展的一年。榮膺全球工程機(jī)械制造商 50 強(qiáng)，這是對我們多年來專注與堅(jiān)持的高度認(rèn)可；獲評“陜西省綠色工廠”“國家級綠色工廠” 稱號，榮獲 “兩化融合管理體系 AAA 級評定證書”，標(biāo)志著我們在綠色發(fā)展與數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的道路上邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的步伐。 2024 was a year during which Tonly achieved stead growth and sustained development. Being acclaimed as a Top 50 Global Engineering Machinery Manufacturer is a noteworthy recognition to our years of focus and persistence. Earning the "Shaanxi Green Factory" and "National Green Factory" titles and gaining the "Informatization and Industrialization Integrated Management System Grade AAA Certification" signify our solid step forward on the path of green development and digitized transformation.

2024 年，是同力重工持續(xù)加快產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)調(diào)整的一年。礦用車產(chǎn)能建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)突破，新能源和無人駕駛產(chǎn)品市場占有率領(lǐng)先，穩(wěn)坐行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍地位。同時(shí)，大型化、綠色化、智能化產(chǎn)品型譜不斷豐富，應(yīng)用場景快速拓展。 2024 was a year during which Tonly accelerated adjustments in product structure and technology. From technical breakthrough in mining vehicle production capacity, to realization of leading market shares in new energy and autonomous driving products, Tonly has maintained a firm grip on its leadership position in these areas. At the same time, large, green and intelligent offers in our product matrix continue to expand, while application scenarios have grew at a rapid pace.

2024年，是同力重工全球化布局重要里程碑的一年。非公路寬體自卸車、礦用車、坑道自卸車、新能源寬體車等多個(gè)系列產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用范圍進(jìn)一步拓寬，成功推向了全球 50 多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)，進(jìn)一步提升了同力品牌在國際舞臺上的影響力。 2024 was a year during which Tonly realized milestones in global business. Further expansion in application scope of various series from off-road dump truck and mining vehicle, to mining pit dump truck and new energy wide body vehicle, our products have found markets in more than 50 nations and region across the globe, thus further augmenting the influence of the Tonly brand on the global stage.

2024年，是同力重工服務(wù)保障體系持續(xù)完善的一年?！傲憔嚯x TONLY CARE” 服務(wù)品牌的升級，以及后市場增值服務(wù)的深入開展，讓我們與用戶的距離更近，用戶滿意度和產(chǎn)品出勤率顯著提升。 2024 was a year during which Tonly continued to perfect its service system. The "zero-distance TONLY CARE" service brand was upgraded, and after-market value-added services were executed in an in-depth manner. These efforts shortened the distance between us and our clients, resulting in obvious improvements in customer satisfaction and product usage rate.

2024年即將過去，這一年是同力重工和行業(yè)面向未來發(fā)展新布局的開始，我們正在調(diào)整的路上。從長遠(yuǎn)視角來看，這一年將是我們企業(yè)發(fā)展道路上具有重要里程碑的一個(gè)篇章！ 2024 is about to conclude, and it marks a new start in the future development of Tonly and the industry. We are on a path of adjustment. From a long-term point of view, this year is going to be a monumental chapter in the history of our company's advancement!

2025 年已向我們走來，同力重工也即將迎來20周年司慶。二十年來，我們根植礦山、初心不改，始終秉持著“做行業(yè)最經(jīng)濟(jì)適用非公路用車”的產(chǎn)品理念，持續(xù)提升用戶產(chǎn)品價(jià)值。 2025 is upon us, and Tonly is ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary. For two decades, we have focused on mining and upheld our original aspiration by persisting in the product philosophy of "the industry's most economical and applicable off-road vehicle," while continuing to enhance user product value.

新的一年，我們將堅(jiān)持戰(zhàn)略定力，面向區(qū)域市場，保持長期主義，逆周期調(diào)整，培育和提升公司長期競爭力。 In this new year, we will persist in our strategy, embrace regional markets, maintain our long-term approach, make counter-cyclical adjustments, and cultivate and elevate the company's long-term competitiveness.
